Scorers 1st is extremely proud to announce Brandyn Curry of Harvard University has signed in the Dutch Basketball League with SPM Shoeters Den Bosch.
At 6-foot-1, 195 pounds, Curry was a Senior co-captain for the Crimson and was an integral part for head coach Tommy Amaker’s squad who captured the Ivy League championship and made a prominent run in the NCAA Tournament by going 27-5 overall during the 2013-14 season.
On the season, Curry averaged 9.4 points, 3 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.4 steals per game (26 minutes per game), while shooting 46% from the field and 37% from three-point. He also ranks fifth all-time on the school's assist list with 489 assists.

With this in mind and with much emotion Scorers 1st announces the retirement of Matt Bauscher from professional basketball.
A former standout guard from Boise State, Bauscher's decision comes after a successful overseas career that included playing in Holland, Germany, Belgium, Russia, Turkey, Italy, Greece and last season in Cyprus.
"We are proud to have worked with Matt throughout his accomplished career and it has been great to share in his success over these years, both on and off of the court" said Scorers 1st CEO and NBA and FIBA certified agent Gerrit Kersten-Thiele.

Scorers 1st is proud to announce the signing of Tyson Hinz with Landstede Zwolle in the Dutch Basketball League.
The 6-foot-7 power forward arrives after completing a historic college career with Canada's basketball powerhouse, Carleton University, and marks the second Scorers 1st signing with Zwolle this week as Creighton standout guard Grant Gibbs will also begin his professional career in Holland.
Tyson Hinz averaged 22.3 points and 8.5 rebounds over four games against NCAA competition during the 2013-14 season and finished with 30 points (11/15), 6 rebounds and a team-high 5 assists, earning him the MVP award as Carleton captured another Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) championship.
Scorers 1st is very proud to announce the signing of Tim Ohlbrecht with Ratiopharm Ulm in Germany's BEKO BBL for the 2014-15 season.
The news comes after Ohlbrecht spent the offseason competing in the NBA Summer League with both the Detroit Pistons and Denver Nuggets and marks a return to the BEKO BBL since Ohlbrecht played for the Fraport Skyliners during the 2012-13 season.
At 6-foot-11, Ohlbrecht has developed into a hard-working big man who won his second-straight NBA D-League Championship in 2013-14 as a member of the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. While helping the Rio Grande Valley capture their D-League title in 2012-13, Ohlbrecht earned a call-up with the Houston Rockets.
